At WorldJewel.in, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. As our products are stainless steel jewellery, and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any kind of product return. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
We are currently not accepting any returns due to hygiene and health concerns related to jewellery usage.
All sales are final and we request customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products
We will only accept a return if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition.

If your product arrives damaged or the packaging appears tampered, please refuse delivery and immediately email us at support@worldjewel.in with your Order ID and photos of the issue.

We will send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
No returns will be accepted for any other reason.
3. How to Report Damaged Product

Email us at support@worldjewel.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Include your Order ID, clear photos of the damage, and a brief description.

Our team will verify and arrange a replacement if eligible.
4. Replacement Policy
Replacements will only be provided for products that are:

Received in defective condition, or

Delivered with tampered packaging.
We do not offer replacements for change of mind, size issues, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
