At WorldJewel.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Window

  • You must request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return requests are accepted only through your WorldJewel.in account.
  • Products returned without initiating a return request from your account will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in or create an account using the same email used at checkout.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the product you want to return.
  3. Click on the ‘Return’ option and follow the instructions.

We’ll schedule one free pickup from your address. If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Contact us for the return address.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products with fall applied (on request)
  • Return request made after 48 hours

Damaged or Tampered Delivery?

If your package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with your Order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Proof of Return

When handing over the return to the courier, it is mandatory to collect a receipt or tracking confirmation. This will serve as proof in case the shipment is lost.

Refunds & Store Credits

  • Refunds or store credits are processed within 4–7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
  • For partial returns (e.g., in combo offers), refunds will be adjusted based on applicable discounts on retained items.
  • In certain cases where the return is delayed after the request, only store credit may be issued.
