Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items may take slightly longer to dispatch.


Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Delivery across India typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on all orders, whether Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • We do not charge any restocking fee.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Partners

We ship using trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket, based on your location.


Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Email us at support@worldjewel.in with your Order ID and a photo of the package.

  • We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.


Self-Shipping (If Required)

If reverse pickup is not available in your area:

  • You may need to self-ship the item.

  • Contact us first for the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Always keep a shipping receipt or proof of return for your records.
