Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery: Do not accept the delivery.

What is the return policy?

At WorldJewel.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Window

You must request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility

Item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Return requests are accepted only through your WorldJewel.in account.
Products returned without initiating a return request from your account will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Log in or create an account using the same email used at checkout.
Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the product you want to return.
Click on the ‘Return’ option and follow the instructions.

We’ll schedule one free pickup from your address. If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Contact us for the return address.

Damaged or Tampered Delivery?

If your package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately with your Order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Proof of Return

When handing over the return to the courier, it is mandatory to collect a receipt or tracking confirmation. This will serve as proof in case the shipment is lost.

Refunds & Store Credits

Refunds or store credits are processed within 4–7 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.
For partial returns (e.g., in combo offers), refunds will be adjusted based on applicable discounts on retained items.
In certain cases where the return is delayed after the request, only store credit may be issued.

Billing and Taxes

Product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of GST.
A 3% GST will be added during checkout, in accordance with Indian tax laws applicable to imitation jewellery.
The final bill with tax will be shown before you make the payment.

Refunds & Store Credit

If your order is eligible for return under our Return Policy:

Refunds are not issued to bank accounts, cards, or wallets.
We issue all refunds in the form of store credit to your WorldJewel.in account.
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase from our website.
